InBody 520 and InBody BWA 2.0: compare documented specifications, features and limitations. Check the reports and explanation offered by the provider. More features alone do not establish better accuracy.
InBody 520: when to consider it
An older model for following fat, muscle and water during nutrition or exercise changes, and for understanding past results. Includes ECW/TBW and lean-mass distribution across the arms, legs and trunk.
InBody BWA 2.0: when to consider it
The BWA 2.0 focuses on detailed body-water and composition results. Wrist and ankle clamps also allow bedside testing. Its results are especially useful where muscle changes need to be read alongside water changes.
