ACCUNIQ BC300

ACCUNIQ BC300 uses multi-frequency BIA with eight contact electrodes. Results include estimated whole-body and regional fat and muscle for the arms, legs and trunk. Its foldable design supports transport.

What the results tell you

BC300 estimates whole-body and regional fat and muscle for both arms, both legs and the trunk. Frequencies are 5, 50 and 250 kHz, with a 200 kg capacity. Its foldable design supports mobile use. Blood-pressure results require a connected pressure monitor and automatic height requires the relevant height meter. Neither function is automatically included in every appointment.

How the test works

You stand barefoot on the platform and, where provided, hold the hand contacts as instructed. The analyser records electrical impedance and uses equations with weight and other inputs to estimate composition. Fat and muscle are not separately weighed. Contact, posture and correctly entered height are part of the procedure.

When the test is useful

BC300 regional outputs can support diet or training discussions. Portability is practical, but testing at different sites still requires consistent procedure and inputs. Regional composition is not strength testing. If you also want blood pressure, confirm an actual combined service; connection capability does not mean it is used at every visit.

Preparing for your visit

Obtain preparation instructions for the exact model and keep the time of day similar. Meals, exercise and hydration can affect results, making a post-workout reading poorly comparable with a rested visit. Maintain your usual hydration and record changed circumstances. Discuss electronic implants and other restrictions with the location using the device manual before testing.

Reading results and understanding limitations

BIA is an indirect estimate dependent on the model and conditions. A small change can reflect water or routine variability rather than fat loss. Results from different instruments are not a single interchangeable series. More frequencies or outputs alone do not establish greater accuracy. A report is not a standalone diagnosis, and estimated muscle quantity does not measure strength.

Choosing a testing location

Compare the actual report and consultation. Have blood pressure or automatic height confirmed as separate parts of the service.

Frequently asked questions

Does BC300 automatically include blood pressure and height measurement?

Compare the actual report and consultation. Have blood pressure or automatic height confirmed as separate parts of the service.

Can I compare results from another device?

They are not automatically one trend. Models can use different equations and procedures; establish a new baseline when changing instruments.
